Moderation Guide: Zero-Tolerance Offenses

Action Required: Immediate & Permanent Ban

The following offenses are considered severe violations of our community's trust and safety. They compromise the integrity of the server and require immediate, decisive action.

If you identify a user committing any of the acts listed below, you are authorized to issue a permanent ban without prior warning.

Category 1: Protecting User Safety and Privacy

These rules are in place to prevent malicious acts that can cause real-world harm.

  • Threats (Rule 3.8): Any form of threat against another member. This includes threats of physical harm, doxxing (releasing private information), hacking, DDoSing, or any other credible threat of harm.
  • Doxxing (Rule 3.4): Sharing or exposing another user's private and personal information without their explicit consent.
  • Sharing Private Media (Rules 3.5 & 3.6): Forwarding, saving, or sharing any personal content, photos, or DMs from other members without their permission.
  • Encouraging Self-Harm (Rule 3.7): Any language, direct or indirect, that encourages or glorifies suicide or self-harm is strictly forbidden.
  • Impersonation & Catfishing (Rule 3.9): Deceiving others by pretending to be someone else.

Category 2: Hate Speech and Harassment

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bigotry and targeted harassment.

  • Hate Speech (Rule 2.1): Any language that attacks or demeans an individual or group based on race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, or other identity. This includes racism, homophobia, transphobia, kink-shaming, and body-shaming.
  • Banned Slurs (Rule 8.13): The use of the words n****r, t****y, f****t, or their variations will result in an immediate ban.
  • Disrespecting Identity (Rule 2.2): Deliberate and malicious refusal to respect another person's stated pronouns, gender, or sexuality.
  • Harassment (Rule 2.4): Targeted, repetitive, and unwanted behavior towards another member. This also includes gatekeeping.

Category 3: Adult-Only Server & Content Policy

Our server is strictly 18+. Protecting this boundary and preventing the distribution of illegal content is a top priority.

  • Underage Users (Rules 1.1 & 1.2): Any user confirmed or reasonably suspected to be a minor must be banned immediately. This includes users who "joke" about being underage.
  • Content Depicting Minors (Rules 8.5a, 8.5b & 8.9): Posting any image that can be considered "loli," "shota," or contains real or fictional characters who appear to be minors is a bannable offense. This applies regardless of the character's "stated age" in their source material. This also includes old photos of adults who were minors when the picture was taken.
  • NSFW/Suggestive Profiles (Rule 8.10): Users whose profile pictures or usernames violate Discord's guidelines on suggestive or NSFW content.
  • Prohibited Content (Rule 8.4): Any content that includes and/or is directly related to animal intercourse or incest is bannable without prior warning.

Category 4: Prohibited Activities

These rules protect our members from spam and unauthorized financial transactions.

  • DM Advertising (Rule 7.2): Any user reported for advertising in DMs will be banned. This may also be reported to Discord Trust & Safety.
  • Unauthorized Sales (Rule 7.3): Offering sales or services for money anywhere outside of the designated 💧᠈self-promo channel. This specifically includes activities like Financial Domination (Findom).
