Rules

Article 1 - No Minors¶

1.1 This is strictly a +18 server regardless of the laws of your country. All minors will be banned.

1.2 Avoid making jokes or comments about being underage.

1.3 The moderation team reserves the right to request identification for age verification without presenting any reason. While in the verification process, you will be muted.

Article 2 - Respect Others¶

2.1 Any kind of hate speech is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to homophobia, transphobia, kink-shaming, body-shaming, racism, hate speech based on religion, gender, sexuality...

2.2 Respect other people's pronouns, gender, and sexuality.

2.3 Do not try to down-talk or bully people you do not know.

2.4 Harassment or gatekeeping will result in a ban.

2.5 Be kind and welcoming to newcomers!

2.6 Falsely claiming marginalized identities to deceive, provoke, or manipulate others will result in a ban.

Article 3 - Safe, Sane and Consensual¶

3.1 Do not DM people with DO NOT DM or Ask Before DM roles without permission.

3.2 Do not send unsolicited friend requests.

3.3 Do not send unsolicited nudes.

3.4 Do not expose private and personal information.

3.5 Do not forward or save personal content uploaded to the server by other members without their permission.

3.6 Do not share private photos sent to yourself without their permission.

3.7 Encouraging self-harm or suicide is strictly prohibited.

3.8 Do not threaten other members. This includes the threat of physical harm, the threat of exposing personal information about someone (Doxxing), and other things such as "hacking" or DDoSing.

3.9 Catfishing and/or impersonation will result in a ban.

Article 4 - Respect Other People’s Dynamics¶

4.1 Casual chat and consensual banter are encouraged, but always respect others' dynamics.

4.2 No shaming others about how they choose to express their dynamic. Should you have legitimate concerns about "safe, sane and consensual" please privately bring them to my (@kirin) DM's or to @ModMail .

4.3 All public kink discussion must remain consensual, non-pressuring, and in line with the channel's tone. No kink-roleplay with non-consenting participants.

Article 6 - Moderation Members & Actions¶

6.1 Staff reserves the right to use discretion in deciding which actions to take with each member on an individual basis.

6.2 Warnings may be issued for minor violations of server rules or other types of negative behavior that require Staff intervention to resolve.

6.3 Repeat warnings or patterns of negative behavior may result in more severe action. This may include restrictions from certain privileges or channels, Timeouts, temporary Mute, or permeant Ban.

6.4 Certain rule violations will result in a Ban after two or more occurrences. Breaking more severe rules will result in an immediate Ban.

6.5 Do not tag or DM staff members directly. Send a direct message to @ModMail for help with any issues. (@ModMail threads are visible to all members of Staff.)

6.6 Please respect and follow the decisions of the Staff team.

6.7 Do not argue with the members of Staff in chat. If you have an issue or disagreement with a member of Staff, DM @ModMail.

6.8 If you believe a member of Staff is abusing their power please contact @kirin directly. You have the burden of proof here, so be prepared to present evidence.

Article 7 - Advertisements¶

7.1 Do not advertise other discord or Minecraft servers.

7.2 DM advertising is a bannable offense and may be reported to Discord.

7.3 No sales or services for money, including Findom(Financial Domination), outside of #💧᠈self-promo (OnlyFans, merch, etc. allowed there).

Article 8 - Forbidden Subjects & Content¶

8.1 Divisive topics such as politics, religion, and conspiracy do not have a place on this server. You are entitled to your beliefs and ideologies, but to ensure a fun and welcoming environment, these topics should not be discussed. Especially not argued over.

8.2 Do not discuss drug-related topics outside of #🍪᠈trippy-treehouse and do not promote hard substances.

8.3 Do not post content that includes blood play or anything that pierces the skin. (does not apply to piercings done by a trained professional) 8.4 Discussion or sharing of content related to incest or bestiality is strictly forbidden.

8.5a Do not post an image if it can be considered "loli" content.

8.5b This includes fictional characters who appear to be minors, regardless of their stated age or in-universe lore. Posting such content will result in a permanent ban.

8.6 Do not share pictures with firearms in them. (Fictional images are acceptable.)

8.7 Discussions about firearms real or not used in safe, responsible, and legal ways should be kept within #🦷᠈other-hobbies.

8.8 Discussions about various laws and regulations of firearms fall under the prohibited "politics" topic and should be avoided. Likewise, discussions about "gun violence," mass shootings, etc. should also be avoided.

8.9 Do not post selfies or images with minors in them, even if the individuals are now adults.

8.10 NSFW or suggestive profile pictures/usernames that violate Discord’s guidelines may result in a ban.

8.11Deepfake or AI-generated sexual content portraying real people without consent is strictly forbidden.

8.12 Do not spam channels! You will be muted.

8.13 Banned words: n****r, t****y and f****t and their variations.

Article 9 - Post in Appropriate Channels¶

9.1 Venting, sexual assault, and emotional support in #😢᠈venting (if related trans-talk channels).

9.2 Please keep general chat channels positive and welcoming. Avoid bringing excessive personal drama or negativity into these spaces. If you need support, please use the venting channel or contact staff.

9.3 Please use spoiler tags for content involving trauma, abuse, or self-harm, even in appropriate channels. This helps keep the space safe for all.
